Reservation / Deposit / Full Payment
Reservation should be made through Hi Ha Holidays Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd. A NON-REFUNDABLE booking deposit are required upon booking. Booking fees are depends on which type of package it could be from RM300 and up to RM1500 per person. FULL payment must be made 1 month before departure date.
Late Bookings / Last Minute Bookings
Late booking up to 7-14 Days prior to departure subjected to availability of accommodation and flight. Late-booking request should be accompanied with full payment in advance. In the event of unconfirmed tour, advance payment will be refunded. But if the packages or tours are confirmed, and based on the traveler personal reason causing themselves could not travel, payment will NOT be refund. Both LATE / LAST MINUTE BOOKING package price could be different than previous selling price.
Accompanying Children & Infants
Child price based on child age 2 and above but below 12 years as third person in twin or double room of two adults without any extra beds. If a child occupies a half twin, there is surcharge. Tour price for infant (below 2 years) is charge 10% or followed by IATA PUBLISHED TICKET FARE. Arrangement for baby cot and food will have to be made and paid by passengers on arrival at the respective hotels.
Packages Price Excludes
Beverages, meals, laundry, room service, cable and telephone charges, tips, excess baggage charges, personal and baggage insurance, airport taxes and all other items of purely personal nature not specified in the brochure.
Extension of Stay
Extension of stay after the end of the tour is permitted subject to maximum ticket or visa validity. Such extension will be at passenger’s own expenses and must be arranged prior to departure and the transfer between hotel and airport on the last day will not be provided.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of RM300 / RM500 per person must be paid upon reservations and balance must be paid up within 14 days prior to the date of departure. If the passenger is paid a FULL payment, the cancellation fees per person shall be imposed as follows:-
- Over 14 days (from date of departure) – No Refund for deposit RM300 / RM500 BUT balance is full refund
- 7 to 14 days (from date of departure) – No Refund for deposit RM300 / RM500 BUT 50% of tour fare is refund
- Under 7 days (from date of departure) – Full tour fee No refundable
Name amendment must notify us at least 14 days before tour departure, Subject to Hotel’s approval with RM100 documentation fee. No Charge shall be made thereafter (Not applicable during peak-season)
The company will only provide services of an accompanying tour leader for a group of minimum 20 adult passengers.
It is the tour member’s responsibility to ensure that they have valid passport and visas, where necessary. In the event that any passenger cannot join the tour due to visa or passport rejection, packages payment will be forfeited.
Tour Cancellations and Change of Itinerary
The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason. Should this happen the entire payment will be refunded without any further obligation. The Company also reserves the right to change the package price with or without notice due to currency fluctuation or increase in Air Fare, Hotel, Transfer or any event. Conditions stated are valid at time of printing and in the event there is a difference in the Chinese itinerary, the English version will be deemed to be the correct version
